Reservations will be received by WhatsApp, E-mail or through our website, being taken up to 12 hours before the service; Given the demand for them, we recommend an anticipation of 72 hours. To do so, you must contact any of the ways mentioned above where you will be requested the necessary data for a pre-reservation. In this instance our team will advise you and answer all your questions.
When confirming your pre-reservation, you will be sent the data for the payment, the reservation will be effective once you send the voucher.
An electronic voucher will be issued with the details of the same which will be sent by WhatsApp (check that the data is correct as well as the schedules and meeting point of your tour).
In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before your arrival in Uruguay, 100% of the reservation will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before the day of the activity, it will have a fine of 50%.
Cancellations with a time less than 48 hours from the day of the activity the fine will be 100% of the total value of the same .
Failure to show up at the agreed place and time will be considered a voluntary cancellation without the right to return.
You can change the date of your tour up to 72 hours before the start time of the same at no extra cost.
They will be made within a period of up to 5 business days by the same reservation method sent by the client.
At the time of the return, the total expenses (corresponding to reservations and refunds) applied by the different entities through which the transfers were made will be discounted.
Our tours have meeting points in the main ports of Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Your reservation voucher will detail the previously agreed point and time where you must wait for the driver. The start and end time is from the port and until the return to it.
Our tours are done in private groups.
All our vehicles are duly authorized with the corresponding security measures.
The itineraries and routes may be modified due to inclement weather, repairs or restoration of streets or tourist spots, massive events or demonstrations, among others.
On holidays, tours may be affected due to schedule changes or closure of tourist spots, museums, shopping centers, among others.
In the event of a red weather alert, activities will be suspended, being informed by WhatsApp or E-mail.
At this last point, a 100% refund of the reservation will be made.
In the event of external causes where your trip is canceled or the performance of any activity is prevented (cancellation of transport connection, health emergencies, non-arrival in port), a 100% refund of the reservation will be applied. The administration can request proof of the situation that occurred.
Tickets to museums and events and food services are not included unless this is expressly indicated.
Tips and personal expenses are not included.
